About
Our Journey
Everyones journey starts somewhere. Through the up’s and down’s in life, we discovered our passion for all things Health and Wellness in different ways, wanting to improve our lifestyles and expand on our knowledge to see long term change.
Still being pretty new to this, we believe you can’t advocate perfection, but you can encourage progress and personal growth. That’s why we want to provide meaningful content for those who want to start making a change!
(L) A few years back at a young age, I found myself feeling lazy and unsatisfied with my overall well-being. That’s when I decided to make a change and step into the gym for the very first time. Little did I know that this decision would ignite a passion for fitness that continues to drive me every day. It definitely took a lot of work, but the gym became my sanctuary, a place where I could challenge myself, both physically and mentally.
(A) I found a sense of gratification in weightlifting, providing me with a sense of strength and accomplishment. Every week I strive to lift heavier and push harder from the previous week. I began to see how my dedication and consistency translated into progress and self-improvement, and that inspired me to progress further.
But fitness isn’t just about what happens in the gym or on the field. We soon realised that the food we put into our bodies played a crucial role in how we felt and performed. Embracing a healthy and balanced diet, we began to explore new recipes and discovered the joy of nourishment with wholesome, nutrient-rich foods. Of course we don’t advocate perfection here when we still eat relatively unhealthy foods from time to time, but one thing to realise is that true balance is key to long term progression!
Our Vision
What truly sets our journeys apart is the unwavering commitment which has led to evolving and developing as a person. We see fitness as a lifelong journey of growth, and we constantly dive into new workouts, try different approaches, and continuously learn from experts in the field. It’s not just about reaching a specific goal; it’s about embracing the improvements and enjoying the process, one step at a time.
